Recipe
Ingredients:

2 tsp PG Fresh garlic, pounded
3 table spoon DATU PUTI soy sauce 200ml
2 tsp PG Fresh garlic, pounded
2 pcs. KNORR chicken cube 10gx6s
1 pouch DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce 250g
2 cup SPECIAL rice malagkit.
1/2 cup PG fresh bell red pepper, cut diagonally into squares
500g MAGNOLIA chicken thigh fillet, cut into 2.
1/2 cup UFC green peas 155g, frozen
1 liter Water
1 tbsp LI FRAISWELL vegetable oil 250ml

Preparation:

1. In a pot, sauté PG garlic until fragrant. Add PG red onion and continue sautéing until translucent.
2. Add MAGNOLIA chicken and sauté until brown.
3. Add in KNORR chicken cubes, water, SPECIAL malagkit rice, DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce and DATU PUTI soy sauce. Cover and let it boil then turn down to simmer, stirring occasionally. Let it cook over low fire.
4. Add the UFC green peas and PG bell pepper when nearly done. Cover and steam. Serve hot.
