Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational concerns, achieving sales targets, leading store personnel, maintaining optimum inventory levels of merchandise, and implementing other strategic business measures as mandated by management. The Management Trainee role is an entry-level position in preparation for the Store Officer role.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year business course
• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably from the retail industry
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills
• Can perform with minimum supervision
• Detailed oriented; Analytic; Proactive
