What is Puregold’s online grocery delivery service?
Puregold offers the convenience of grocery shopping via your mobile phone or computer. We deliver your orders the following day at very low delivery rates. We offer online grocery from a brand that you know and trust.

What cities do you currently serve?
We currently serve the cities of Paranaque, Taguig, Makati, Quezon City, Manila, Pasig, Mandaluyong, and San Juan. More cities to be served soon.

What items do you deliver?
You can choose from thousands of regularly-bought grocery items – and we are expanding our product assortment regularly.

Is there a minimum order value that I need to fulfill?
There is no minimum order value.

How much do you charge for Delivery?
Orders more than Php 3,000.00 will be FREE of charge. Orders Php 3,000 and below will be charged a flat delivery fee of Php 80.00.

What are your hours of operation?
You can order in our website or mobile app at any time. However, delivery times are between 9am and 9pm only.

How can I create an online order?
You can visit our website at http://www.puregold.com.ph or download the Puregold App via Google Play Store (coming soon).

When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 2pm of the current day will be delivered the following day.  You can also do in-store pick-up.  If you order before 2pm, you can pick up your groceries on the same day in our stores (4pm to 8pm only). 

Are Puregold’s items priced differently online versus store price?
Online Price will be the same as Store Price. Except in very rare cases, we endeavour to ensure prices online and in-store are in sync.

Can I pick-up my groceries in Puregold Stores versus having them delivered to my place?
Yes, we give you that option. In-Store Pick-up is available in the following branches: Puregold Taguig, Puregold Commonwealth, Puregold Makati, and Puregold Shaw.

What if an item I ordered is unavailable?
A store representative will contact you if you are open to a replacement. Otherwise, we will drop it from your order and you will not be charged.

What payment modes do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery for now. But we are working to also accept credit card, debit card, and GCASH in the near future.

Why is my final receipt amount different from my total quoted amount online?
Though we try our best to keep our prices and inventory levels in sync between online and store, there might be cases when we suddenly run out of stock or rare cases where in a slight price change has happened after you made your order.

Can I track the status of my Order?
Yes, simply go to the mobile app or website and view your transaction history.

When do I get my official receipt?
Your official receipt will be delivered to you together with your ordered items.

How do I return items?
We hope we won’t give you a reason to return items. But just in case, we encourage you to check your items the moment you receive them – and if anything is not satisfactory, you may return it to the delivery person.
